Shipping And Handling

  1. When will my order ship?
    Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer ( 7 to 10 ) days. ‘We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

    If you’d like to request a specific delivery time or change in address please email us at pdoshijewellers@gmail.com or call/whatsapp us at 9929984571. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order.
  2. Through what carrier do you ship?
    We use Bluedart, Dtdc and Speed post for all domestic pincodes.You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.
    You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.
  3. Will someone call me before delivering the shipment?
    While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel.
